The Imserso is providing continuity to the Web and the sites created on account of the European Year of Active Ageing and the Intergenerational Solidarity, 2012. They inform thus AEPUM that this is the new Imserso website which will approach those issues from now onwards: “Active Ageing and Intergenerational Solidarity in Europe”. Also the Facebook and Twitter accounts are in process of adaptation.

The Healthy Walk “La Nau Gran” organised by the Vice-chancellorship of Training Policy and Educational Quality and jointly, by the University Extension Service and the Physical Education and Sports Service of the University of Valencia, took place on 4th of October in urban public spaces where people of all ages were joined together in order to share solidarity, sustainable and healthy values. The 6^th Healthy Walk has become a consolidated and open to all of society summons.

The university Universidade Sénior de A Coruña (Senior University of A Coruña) has received recognition as the 2nd best initiative at the state level of “SpeakSpeare, singular technological initiative of the Taller Europeo de la Universidade Sénior (European Workshop of Senior Universities) during the academic year 2014-2015. Included in the Catalogue of Best Practices of the European Union for Active Aging,
    "The previous academic year 2014-2015, the Taller Europeo de la Universidade Sénior de la Universidade da Coruña (European Workshop of Senior Universities of the University of A Coruña) set in motion two innovative experiences inside the frame of the European Project "ACTing – Social Agents for the promotion of an Active Aging through ICT", of which the Universidade Sénior is a collaborating entity.

The AEPUM participates one more year as a member of the jury which will value the candidatures to the “Miguel Hernández Awards” 2015 convened by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. The said awards were convened by resolution of 22nd May of 2015 of the State Secretariat of Education, Vocational Training and Universities (Number 136, of Monday 8th June of 2015). The valuation of the presented projects will be determined the following 5th of November of 2015 according to the call of the General Sub-directorate of Learning Throughout Life, of the General Direction of Professional Training, of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
