Third circular of the 4th Latin American Congress of Universities for Older Adults CIUUMM 2011

Dear friends,

In the name of the Spanish National Association of University Programmes for Older Adults (AEPUM) and the International University Menéndez Pelayo as the organizing entities of the Congress, we would like to inform you about the latest news concerning the 4th Latin American Congress of Universities for Older Adults.

The definitive and updated programme has been published on the following page within the Congress web site, including the plenary sessions and the presentation of main papers and papers with the corresponding place and time:

The Congress will centre its academic activities in Salón de Actos (assembly hall) of Aulario II; the location can be consulted on the following page:

 

All the plenary sessions of the Congress that will take place in Salón de Actos of Aulario II will be shown live by the UA videostreaming service. This way, those interested who were not able to travel to Alicante will have access to this broadcast on the following page and within the time foreseen in the congress programme:

The deadline for enrolling in the cultural activities and visits of the post-congress is Monday, June 20th. You should register by the following form:

If the participants of the Congress attend accompanied by persons that are not registered, they can obtain the tickets for the formal events (gala dinner, concert and closing lunch) at the moment of accreditation on June 27th at the Congress Secretariat. These tickets will be essential for having access to the events and participating in them.
