By the collaboration's bilateral agreement with the Institution HET Perspectief de Gante (Belgium) signed in 2008, a new line has been developed in the European field focused on students and teachers' exchange and in the organization of common activities using the new information and communication technology.
These bilateral relationships originated a new European workshop that has been working since the academic year 2008-2009 until today and that is focused in literature as a meeting point for the different cultures that make up the European common culture. This workshop is named after the Galician poet Rosalía de Castro.
