The aim of the this project is to enable elderly people to take part in European meetings and to participate in exchange programme and in this way work out methods how to bring seniors from europe closer to one another. Working out information about cultural similarities and differences in the partnership countries is a predicted effect of the project. The information will refer to historical factors tha had an impact on our neighbourly relationships.

Special dates in the life of an individual in an individual country, tastes of childhood, outstanding figures who influenced also other countries will be important too. Owing to this fact attitudes enabling contacts of seniors with other countries and their inhabitants will be worked out.

Due to this the will offer an opportunity of changing the attitude towards foreign aspects.

Thanks to defining information specific for respective countries seniors will stop fearing "the others". A greater motivation for learning foreign languages and acquainting oneself with new information technologies is also the aim of this project . Working out basic data about recent diversity of differences in everyday and festive habits will be a planned result. The course of work individual groups will be documented on the website. In the project we are going to use the excellent experiences and results of the previous project ODE that for some reasons not depending on us has not been finished and to enhance them with new partners and new problems/contents.
