International Conference OBSERVAL 2015 – Professional Qualifications and Accreditation of Competences

Observal 2015 will boost the processes of professional qualification as well as the acknowledgment of traineeships and the competences acquired from experience on the basis of the analysis of the current context and moment, and generating the commitment of the agents involved in this task with the aim of achieving a modern and competitive society, with social and sustainable responsibility, and consistent with the goals of the «Europe 2020» strategy.

We understand the opportunity of this international congress as a strategy in the short to medium term for the attainment of the Council Recommendation of the 20^th December 2012 on the validation of the non-formal and informal learning, and to secure that the principles managing it are the subject of a collective reflection and an open debate among professionals and agents involved in enhancing the employability, the professional qualification, and the life quality of the European citizenship.

The International Conference Observal 2015 is organised around four scopes or large areas in which the stated objectives will be developed. These four sections will deepen the following topics:

1. Professional qualifications.
2. Accreditation of competencies.
3. Qualification over the life.
4. Professional Orientation and competence evaluation

The conference will take place from the 8th to the 10th April 2015 in Valladolid.
