CONTENT
Brief description:
 
An approach to evaluate educational programs (evaluative research) using the Stufflebeam model, and the design of research studying every subject, to describe and interpret, analyzing the data, a specific educational situation.
 
Specific aims
 
 
  1. Study the teaching practices that use efficiently the ICT to promote cognitive and socioemotional skills in older adults learning.
  2. Evaluate and analyze the teaching practices that use the ICT, identifying the effective and efficient factors used by teachers.
  3. Study the experiences of the Virtual Platform that have been more satisfactory for both older adults and teachers.
  4. Analyze and evaluate the results and bring suggestions for improvement.
  5. Propose improvements considering the factors of the studied cases that make good teaching practices using the ICT easier.
 
 
 
Summary of the Project
 
This project, pioneer in Spain, will begin in 2008 and end in 2010, creating a Guide of good practice for all Spanish Universities that run an University Program for Older Adults. Both the socioeconomic and territorial impact affect the whole Spain.
