Older adults made up one of the social groups with the highest risk of exclusion from Information Society. Nevertheless, active participation in Information Society can represent a basic element to promote active ageing and quality of life of older adults. The objectives of this project are: 1) analyzing social-demographic profile of older adults who are in both sides of the digital gap, and 2) analyzing the influence of active participation in Information Society and the quality of life of older adults. The analysis will be carried out with a good sample of older adults of the Spanish population, between 60 and 75 years old.
